Refund policy

At ZEE Pharmacist, we are committed to scientific integrity and your skin health. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Period We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unopened and unused.

  • In its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please Note: Due to hygiene and safety standards regarding skincare products, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or used, unless they are deemed defective or damaged upon arrival.

3. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at contact@zeepharmacist.co.uk.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. Contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

6. Exceptions / Non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (beauty products that have been opened). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

7. European Shipping Only As we currently strictly ship to locations within Europe, we can only facilitate returns and refunds for orders placed and shipped to addresses within Europe.
